Your main responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, and control care programs effectively, according to the Centre's vision.
- Ensure that nursing staff work effectively, according to objectives and Cultural security for the Innu people.
- Ensure that staff promote prevention within the community.
- Define policies, procedures, and activities to meet the needs of the Innu community.
- Develop and implement the training, orientation, onboarding, and integration plan for new nursing staff.
- Facilitate the onboarding, integration, and orientation of new employees and team members by providing all necessary administrative support.
Desired Profile:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Mandatory expanded role
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office suite).
- Good organizational and work structure.
- Knowledge of the operation of a community center is an asset.
- Resourcefulness
